Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blockintel Tracer platform ("Platform"), operated by Blockintel Tracer Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Blockintel Tracer provides blockchain forensic analysis and digital asset recovery pathway modeling services. The Platform uses on-chain data analysis, address clustering, and network intelligence to trace asset movement across blockchain networks.

Recovery outcomes are dependent on multiple factors including the time elapsed since the incident, the networks involved, and the cooperation of relevant exchanges and institutions. The Company does not guarantee the successful recovery of assets in any specific case.

The Company reserves the right to decline or terminate any case at its sole discretion, including cases that involve illegal activity, fraudulent claims, or cases where recovery is deemed technically infeasible.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your case. Submission of false information, fabricated transactions, or misrepresentation of loss is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to recover assets obtained through illegal means.

Certain services on the Platform require the payment of fees, including but not limited to gas fee processing for the execution of recovery transfers. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to any payment being required.

Gas fee payments are non-refundable once submitted to the network. The Company is not responsible for market fluctuations in cryptocurrency values.

The Company does not charge upfront registration or case initialization fees. Our fee structure is disclosed at the point of transfer authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Company's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
